Francisco Carbajal amassed his expertise over the last 26 years, first as an Industrial Equipment Sales Director throughout U.S., Central and South America. Subsequent to his international sales career he was recruited in to the final expense insurance industry by the single largest company of its kind. There he perfected his face to face presentation with over three thousand direct presentations, becoming a certified VFW, VA, American Legion presenter many times presenting to groups as large as 500. He also performed many group presentations for companies such as KPMG, the NFL and the Catholic Diocese of Dallas.

Francisco developed sales teams throughout the United States for this industry, personally recruiting over 750 sales people in his career. Perfecting the art of non-confrontational interviewing and identifying key factors that made sales people successful. His expertise in highly structured large corporations became a natural fit for Constant Closing Group LLC.

We learned all the attributes and downfalls of major corporations. In doing so we took the great and made it better. We implemented process to perfect and protect against committing the same mistakes.  

Francisco has assisted companies and sales teams in over 27 countries, allowing him to enter markets seamlessly.
